Hey Fitness People,

I have been many times on the fitness train. I always seem to fall off during the school year and get back on during the summer (I'm a high school English teacher). But this year I started keto in March and lost 18 pounds. This summer I have been exercising and on a 14 day cleanse. On the cleanse I have lost 5 pounds so far I am on day 6. I am looking for people to talk to and keep me motivated when summer is over and work starts. Let's help each other be healthy.

    Keto group and Low Carber Daily Forum group are good places to look through food recipes, tips, and find others eating keto.

    The teacher's diet, yoyo diet of losing all summer, gain back weight and then some through fall and winter! My mom was teacher, and this was an every year occurrence until she retired.
