IHOP Blueberry Pancakes

What should I count an order of 4 IHOP Double Blueberry pancakes as? They are listed as around 600-750 from different sources I've seen but that seems a bit low to be honest especially knowing how much some restaurants underestimate their counts. Can somebody help with an accurate number to track? Thanks!

    I found 690 to 800. Most sites indicated 690. I'd err on the high side.

    And I might also log a 1/2 tbsp or full tbsp of butter, since I’m sure they put some on the grill while frying them up. That’s why they taste so good 🤤
