How many hours do you wait between meals and snacks?

Usually about every 2-3 hours, if it works out that way. Sometimes I'll have a large breakfast and then smaller meals throughout the day, ending with the smallest at dinnertime. I prefer to have most of my carbs at the beginning of the day following my morning workout, and then progressively have less each meal. I tend to fit my intake along with my energy level. I also try my best to spread out my protein intake with each meal and "mini meal". I like to eat smaller meals because they're easier for me to digest.0
