I don't eat out as much because it's easier to control my calorie intake and limit the amount of sodium I receive daily. I now cook more at home and am saving money! I used to go out to eat twice a day 6 times a week. Thanks MFP!

I don't eat out at all now....cause I feel it's most accurate to count calories when I plan myselfPlus, you are right.... eating out food has loads of sodium

- using the kitchen instead of the phone for dinner

- taking better care of myself(I'm talking about girly stuff like doing my nails...)

- being more active(not putting my butt on the couch as soon as I get home)
