    I don't eat out as much because it's easier to control my calorie intake and limit the amount of sodium I receive daily. I now cook more at home and am saving money! I used to go out to eat twice a day 6 times a week. Thanks MFP!

    I don't eat out at all now....cause I feel it's most accurate to count calories when I plan myself :) Plus, you are right.... eating out food has loads of sodium :)

    - better food choices
    - using the kitchen instead of the phone for dinner
    - patience to reach long term goals
    - exercising(yoga)
    - love of life(no more depression)
    - loving myself more
    - taking better care of myself(I'm talking about girly stuff like doing my nails...)
    - testing new healthy foods and sports(horse riding)
    - being more active(not putting my butt on the couch as soon as I get home)
    - even my house is in better shape(clean and tidy)
