Getting it!

I gained over 50 pounds with my second pregnancy and have always been resistant to tracking my food. However, after spending 3 months working out and seeing no progress I decided to give tracking a try. I lost 6 pounds in the first week and have been slowly loosing since! Tracking is hard at first, but worth it in the end! 💗🙂

    you get used to logging after a while and you do it automatically like brushing your teeth. It's really worth it. It works.
