G'Day From Melbourne, Australia!

Hi all

Andrei here from Melbourne, Australia.

I first signed up for MFP a while back but didn't really use it.

I started using it daily since last Saturday (one week ago almost) and have already lost 2kg or about 4 pounds.

I'm currently weighing in at 107.7KG and plan to be at a final weight of about 88/89 KG. My first goal is to get to 105, then under 100 (99) then 95 and finally under 90.

I used to play a lot of sports when I was younger, soccer, indoor soccer, rugby, gridiron or American Football, Gym, Running etc. I did some damage to my knee, stop growing when I was 19/20 and then started to fill out and well you know the rest...

I've been overweight now for about 8 years and using MFP as well as intermittent fasting is about the only things that I find, easy, realistic and that work for me.
