How I ate today - 1200 calories

Hello, so just sharing how I did it. I can’t have a lot of calories because I’m very sedentary, so this isn’t for everyone. But I stick at 1200 most days, 1400 on a treat day. Anyway today:
Coffee with milk
Breakfast: Homemade 200 calorie protein smoothie
Lunch: Small portion of frittata, some fruit and a soya chocolate dessert
Dinner: half of a watermelon and feta salad, half of a smoked trout salad
Breyer’s low fat ice cream
