Hey guys! I just want to put out a there that if you want to make healthier decisions in your life such as living healthier. talking about it is great! wanting it is amazing! starting to reach the goal is fantastic! HOWEVER! there is more to it then just talking, wanting and starting. You need commitment, you need dedication but more importantly you have to WANT IT! you have to GO FOR IT!

it takes convincing yourself that you can do it, before you can convince others that you are worth believing in!

Instead of saying I cant you need to say I wont! instead of saying I have to say I want to! YOU HAVE TO WANT IT!

it took many years, many attempts and many different approaches to get to this point where I am. this point that I am in is dedication, honor (to myself) and respect (for myself). Im finally committed to something that I started and I haven't backed out!

I started with 7 days of workout reps, and now I am down to 5 for now, but tend to do extra! DouglasNorton has helped me tremendously, and while he has been a great push, great encouragement, great support, and has created many different workouts, it took a lot more from me. it took me doing it!

Just have to say, im excited where I am and where I am going :-) hope you will all find, if you have not yet, your point of which you wont back down and will keep taking strides forward! :smooched:

    And you have definitely done an amazing job! I am very proud of you for what you have accomplished so far and can't wait to see how far you can go!! Its all about believing in yourself and staying dedicated to a new life change. Awesome job, young lady!
