I’m kind of getting bored with boiled eggs, cut up veggies and fruits. What healthy snacks gets everyone through their day at work? I could use some ideas so that I can avoid the donuts that my job is constantly providing.

Let me first apologize, because I know what I am about to propose does not answer your question and is not much help. I am confident (and hope) that others chime in, and you gather an adequate response!!

I think this really depends on why you are looking for a snack. Is the appeal of a snack due to physiological hunger, or more social and emotional influences?

Again, I am sorry I cannot offer more help and knowledge.

If you like a carby crunchy salty treat a lot of snacks sold for deep frying at home puff up and crisp in the microwave. Papadums and asian prawn crackers fall in this category.

Also try dipping veggie sticks in a low cal sauce such as hummous or ranch made from commercial powder mix and low fat yoghurt or tzaziki. I like dipping crudites in Thai seafood sauce. I use a commercial brand made by Maesri which is 20 kcal per tablespoon.

If you are not bothered by processed foods then umami fake crab sticks are low in calories.

I can’t always get away for lunch. String cheese and roasted mixed nuts are my go too. I also bring almond butter and apples.

Can't speak for your tastes but I tend to get by on greek yoghurts, fruit, shakes, and small packs of crisps (like snackajacks).

Grilled chicken for me a lot of the time. Protein shakes are always good and today it was cucumber/onions with some olive oil and vinegar. Mostly I look for something with some protien

All the above are great options. I prefer nuts, almonds and pistachios are two of my Favs. Find a protein bar that you like. I will sometimes take a bite of a protein bar and then put it in the fridge in a ziplock and leave it until I get the munchies again.
PB is my other go to snack. A spoonful of PB makes the munchies go down.

    Awesome suggestions.

I like taking the pepperoni slices and mikeywaving them for a few until they get a little crispy. Just put them on a paper towel or two and cover them too. Takes the grease out and makes a meat like chip.

Maybe trying different types of veggies or fruit could be enough of a change for you, if not:
    Greek yogurt
Popcorn (individual bags or portioned out)
String cheese / individual portion of cheese
Fresh fruit with peanut butter is one of my favs
Protein bar (everyone has their favs, but I look for decent protein and under 200 calories)
My favorite right now is chocolate & peanut butter Cheerios plain - soooo good!

Maybe next time we're binge watching Neflix we can microwave some pepperoni, have some cheese and have a little vino.
Of course we'll burn off the wine with some burpee's.

Because I do so much food prep at home I wanted to find a snack that I could just eat without much fuss. Rx Bars quickly became my favorite in between meal snack to fight odd hunger. There's a good combination of fats, proteins, and fiber. The ingredients don't foil my calorie plans and I feel like I'm getting a treat.

The burpee's are because I care.
Milk would be great, it's literally my go to snack along with a spoonful of PB.
