Looking for some motivation from new friends on here to keep me going. I’m about to hopefully embark on a new journey to join the Air force. I need al the help I can get.

Good luck to you. I am an Army Veteran and wish I was still as fit as I used to be. I'm on a mission to get back to my fighting weight though. My best advice for you is to work on your push-ups, sit-ups, and 1.5 mile run. To get your run time faster I always recommend at least 2 days of 60-120 splits.0

Go speak to the recruiters- sometimes they'll provide you with workout plans or even workout groups for committed recruits.0
