How many calories are in a 10 inch 6 slice create your own pizza from a place like 'pizza press'? I had red sauce, mozzarella, pineapple, grilled chicken and black olives. Thanks!

    You would think I eat a lot of Dominos considering how often I use them for calorie information. Even though I know it is not exact I have never noticed an aberration in deficit to weight loss doing it either.

    I think that is one of the advantages to a food scale. It gives you a lot of precision enough of the time that the moments you have to guess don't matter as much.

    If its too complicated to calculate, you can estimate it by weight. Weigh it and as a whole, pizza with cheese will be about 3-4 cal/g.
