    So you want to lose about 23 pounds in a month and a half? Not very realistic.

    You have 7 weeks from July 15 to Labor Day. Considering your current weight, you should not be expecting to lose more than 1.5 - 2 lbs per week. So your goal weight should be more like 180. Only someone quite obese would be able to lose 23 lbs in 14 weeks in a healthy manner.

    Don't mean to discourage you, but losing too fast has lots of drawbacks. And as you get closer to a healthy weight, you are less able to hit those big deficits without undereating, so your rate of loss will slow down.

    So good on you for setting goals and staying motivated, but you're better off if those goals are healthy and attainable. Good luck!
