Female, 29, 5'6", just about 125 lbs. I would say that I'm moderately active, though I never truly know how to calculate this. I exercise 6 days per week - 3 days of HIIT and lifting, 3 days of vigorous calisthenics.

I'm attempting a TDEE method currently. My TDEE is just about 2100 and I eat between 1900-2050 roughly each day and seem to maintain well. I could probably eat a bit more, but calorie estimation is often just that, estimation, so I could be consuming less or more than I think. Also, I'm new to maintenance (only about a month in), so I'm still experimenting.

Female, 61 y.o., 5'6", 194.9 (OW 218.6, GW 150), not very active yet due to illness but plan to add exercise soon.

Started at 1200 calories for 2 lb/week loss, was hungry so upped to 1370 calories for 1 lb/week.

    I’m 37 year old female, 5’0”, 127 lbs.

I maintain at 1800 when active, 1500 when sedentary. To lose, I have to eat less than that.

    Female
    45 years old.
    Current weight 195
Goal weight: to be honest, perfectly content and happy anywhere between be 165-180, this is where I feel thin, fit, and healthy looking.
Trying to lose around 15-25 lbs.
    Moderately Active
Calories for losing: MFP set to 1410 but I am happy if I hit anywhere between 1300-1600s.

Maintenance calories... I'll figure that out when I get there!

I'm female's, 6 ft, active, weigh 154. On an average day I aim to eat 1900 to 2200 but like two days a week at least I go above that to 2600 to 3000. So it's maybe like 2300 or 2400 to maintain? I'm also a lazy logger. Lots of guessing and I don't track on the weekends.
