Getting my eating habits in order to fuel my first race

Hi everyone!
My name is Joanne, and I'm a 26-year-old woman and a fairly avid runner. I run a little over 30 km a week and am starting to get back into a regular weight-training regimen to maximize my performance for my first competitive half-marathon on the August long weekend. After that, I'm doing a 10K race in October. I used to lift weights or do yoga three times a week in addition to my running, and I'm trying to get back to that because running has kind of taken over all other forms of exercise. If there are any other enthusiastic amateur athletes out there who see this, please add me! I would love to get in touch with others who are especially into long-distance running, but yogis and weightlifters would be great as well.
