Breakfast: coffee with milk, total 0% with blueberry (individual pot)
Lunch: cannelini and tuna salad
Handful of strawberries
Dinner: chicken breast grilled with a schwarma marinade, side of onion and sumac salad with parsley, and a portion of chick peas with pomegranate seeds and coriander (cilantro if you are in the US)
Chocolate soya dessert
