Doctors orders

So I haven’t really been hitting the gym up this week. My blood pressure has been sky high for like over a month, but last weekend it was over the top. Doc said to just kinda chill this week so we can see if the added medication will work. I honestly think it has something to do with my weight but she reminded me that it was high before then. She figured out why I was gaining weight which was due to a medication that was doing nothing for me prescribed by another doctor. She told me to stop taking it immediately oh and cut back on the salt 😬. Anyways I hope all is well. #self❤️#healingprocess#imafighter#allday#365days

I hope you'll be fine without the medication you were removed from. You need to balance out the side effects with how much you need a medication. You can always go off BP meds and possibly come off or take less after losing weight/getting in shape. I have normal BP in January but it's on the low side now, so you never know!0
