How about a thread where we share and rate each other's breakfasts? Its important to start the day on the right foot so whether its breakfast, brunch or if you're first meal is lunch...

I'll get started. ..

Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt
with 100g blueberries and a crumbled Kashi bar mixed together.
One serving almond milk with a scoop of Isopure protein powder.

Healthy, balanced macros and with different flavors of yogurt or bars and varieties of fruits the combos for different flavors are endless.

    Sounds good to me! One low calorie way to vary the flavor would be to add a little flavored extract - I like vanilla, almond, and orange extracts in yogurt sometimes.
