Hello, I am getting myself very confused about if / how cooking changes the calorie content of things like pasta?
I am wanting to cook 100g (dried weight) of gluten free pasta for dinner but can’t seem to work our what the calorie content of this would be once cooked - surely it’s the same? Some people seem to think it’s more??

The calorie count is the same, the weight is going to roughly double because it's absorbing water...which is zero calorie.2

You actually can reduce digestability of pasta by cooking, cooling and reheating whereby your body will absorb slightly fewer calories.
