Upped calories, increased workouts..gaining weight. Help

Three weeks ago I changed up my calorie intake and started with a personal trainer. I workout 3-4 days a week with weights and TRX. I upped the calories as I was adding more workout and higher intensity. I have set my activity level to light active, prior it was set at sedentary and I ate back my exercise calories. Now I try not to eat back the calories unless I am hungry. In the past 3 weeks I have put on 3 lbs. I know that is not much, but is this something that will change soon? It is starting to worry me. Current cal intake of about 1800, female 5'9" at 173 (now) :smile:
