After a camping trip during the weekend, I stopped tracking. Everytime I have to let go for instance for vacation etc (I cannot track without www connection and scale because I know that I am doing bad estimates) I have an extremely hard time getting into the flow again. I know it is easy to DO but it is so hard to START doing it.
Plus, I have no childcare at the moment which means no rest (-> frustration, more eating) and cannot exercise. This post is an attempt to get back on track.
Anyone out there who knows how I feel?!

    Yes. We all fall off the wagon from time to time. If we didn't then that would just make dieting and eating healthy way too easy. Hope you can get things together and get back on board. Good luck!

    I think part of the problem is that I feel lean. I am only 5lbs from normal weight and feel great. There is this voice telling me that basically I am ok now and bla blabla. But NO, I know that another 18lbs less feel like heaven compared to now, and I want this body back!

    Can you tell I am talking myself into it all in public ;)
