Tracking keto

How do I track my macros for keto? Right now it’s saying 50% needs to be carbs and 30% fat. Just need help tracking to stay in ketosis! Thanks!

    you need to go into the manually change the macros bit and roll the little numbers until you get what you need. ON the app go to "goals" -> calorie goals -> then tap on carbs and the little roller calculatey thing comes up for you to set the carbs fats proteins
