Body measurement tracker and forecaster

If anyone is interested, I developed a simple excel sheet for tracking body composition. You need a scale, a way to measure body fat (doesn't have to be super accurate!), and a fabric tape measure.

It projects growth, signals you when you're reaching a goal based on body fat percentage (I don't believe in goals based on weight alone), and helps easily track body measurements so that you can recognize progress even when the scale doesn't change.

There are a couple of calculations that are for men (chest vs waist measurement at 1.4), but otherwise should be fairly universal.

The body weight I enter is the weekly average I get from measuring daily from Sunday to Saturday.
