I’ve a Withings HR Smart Watch and an iPhone

My exercise is been tracked ok on my Whitings Smart Watch but I don’t know how to sync it with MyFitnessPal so my exercise shows up automatically in MFP How do I do it?

    I have a withings smart scale. I first opened withings app, health mate, and it synced the scale to MFP. Hope that helps.
