Intro

Hello everyone. I’m new on here. I’ve been on weight loss journeys in the past. My biggest obstacle right now is maintaining my weight. I love to eat! And I snack far too much. Need help staying on track. I’ve worked so hard to get to where I am and I don’t want to lose it all.

    Welcome to the community :)
    If u like to snack more frequently u can lower sone calories from ur main meals breakfast and lunch and dinner and add more snacks if that keeps u full
    It just a suggestion though
