Hey there! My name is Christina. I haven’t been on the healthy track lately and I’m ready for a change! Gotta get fit to look and feel good at my family reunion coming up in September and my adventures beyond!     Hi my name is Taitan , been here before , now needing to be back again after hitting menopause and a major op and tons of meds and food binging during my recovery. Still on recovery that's why more the reason to get fit and look after my health. Literally been to Hell and Back. But never giving up. Good luck to all on the same boat to feeling good and keeping healthy. o:)
