Hi I’m 29 years old and 114 lbs I’m trying to build muscle. And I’m wondering how long you should bulk before starting to cut to lean out. Because I want muscle but not bulky just lean defined muscle.

There is no set time frame to bulk really. However most people bulk for at least 5 months to a year or so. It depends on your rate of gain, starting leanness, your bodyfat as you go and how comfortable you are with the gain.
"Bulky" isn't easy to do with one cycle, male or female. It usually takes years and several cycles, specific goals and programming. Sometimes I feel big at the end of my bulk cycles but most of it is fat and once I cut I am left with a smaller lean version of myself, sometimes to my dismay!2
