Hitting the Difficult Zone... Could use some Accontability Friends

Started my weight loss journey in February this year at 250 pounds. I’m down to 206.4 as of this morning.
I can’t exercise very easily due to suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since the fall of 2009 which is part of the reason I ballooned from the 170’s to 250 in the first place. So I’m mainly loosing my weight by watching what and when I eat.
It’s hard to go from Iron Man competition to my current lifestyle that so few people understand to include family and friends of which I lost my wife of 20 years because she wanted to trade me in on a newer more robust model I guess since I had broken down. 😝🤪🤣
Any rate life is a lot better now days but I’m at a point where the pounds are getting more difficult to loose and my goal weight of 179 though so close seems so far off. I am walking as often as I can and trying not cause my body to go into the crash faze that lands me in bed for days because I over did the walking.
