    Great job.
  • Thank you so much!
Well, I lost about 60ish pounds just by counting calories and not eating junk...then I recently switched to a low carb, high fat, moderate protein diet. I do a bootcamp that does high intensity interval training four times a week as well.

Honestly, I think any type of diet that does calorie restriction and being active is the way to go. :)

Thanks :) My two biggest tips are to get off the couch and exercise. I lose the most weight and see the most results when I'm moving.
Also, I try and drink about a gallon of water a day. I really really see results when I am hydrated, plus you feel amazing! :)

That's awesome! Congrats. I'm doing a restricted calorie diet and crossfit 3-4x a week. I've lost about 4lbs in 2 weeks. So it does work if you put in the effort! I'm hoping to lose at least 4-5 more in the next two weeks!

Awesome job. :) Yeah...you lose weight a bit more slowly when you work out, but the difference in appearance and inches is worth it!

Fantastic job you've done there! Congratulations!

Are these two pictures reflective of your total loss?
It looks like way more than 20 lbs lost between the two.

Yep. I've lost about 70ish pounds total in the past 2 years..but those two pictures were taken about 6 weeks apart. :) I think it just shows how much your body can change when you actually exercise and the scale doesn't always reflect huge numbers. It took me a long time to not be obsessed with the scale.

Just had a look at your diary to see what you've been eating and nab some ideas!

No idea how you can track calories without recording them ...
I'd be completely lost and go over if I didn't stick to daily calorie counting :))x
