Hey all. Looking for some help in a challenge from some fitness minded peeps. I’m participating in a yearly health promotion challenge called the #SummerofMove. The goal is to help spread awareness of the benefits of making healthy choices, getting daily fitness, and how these things can help combat pain and chronic diseases - all while we raise money for some amazing charities. This year we are collecting Cardiorespiratory fitness test results as our preliminary before we have to compete in our fitness challenges. If you have a few minutes to help out my team I’d appreciate it. Below you will find a link to a google sheet to fill out for results (hopefully it works correctly).
Over 60+ can do the 30s sit to stand
- From a chair ~17” high and arms crossed count how many times you stand in 30s.
Over 18+ can do the 3 minute step test.
- You will need a metronome app and set it to 92 beats. Find a step ~12” high and step up/down to the metronome beats for 3 minutes. Record heart rate 1 minute post test.
