Totally demotivated but still going strong

Hi folks
I’m 46 and started looking after myself 2 years ago. I’m totally demotivated but too stubborn to quit
I sure could use a dose of happy & motivated people!

Why are you demotivated? Because it's not giving you the desired results (fast enough)? Or some other reason?0

You don't need motivation. You need determination1

Stubborn is good....it is ok to be selfish and look after yourself. Reach out if you need some positive reinforcement/encouragement0

Exercising 7 days a week alternating between weights and cardio has turned into a grind... the results are hard earned but I’m in it for the “good fight”
Will be taking sometime off hoping it recharges the batteries.0
