Early Riser

Good morning everyone. I have been watching some health videos lately and a few have really impacted me. The change I made on June 26th was to start getting up at 5:30 am to work on my self-improvement and discipline. I didn't think I could do it but I have jumped out of bed without hitting the snooze. The early morning is the best part of the day and I use it to improve myself. I'm so thankful to the Bright Side videos on YouTube for this guidance. Getting up at 5:30 or even earlier when you don't have to is such a discipline builder. If you are truly looking for the silver bullet, in my opinion, to get in shape and lose weight, get up early for yourself. Establish a morning routine. Mine is: Get up with the alarm, no snooze. Make my bed. Drink water. Go for a two mile walk. Stretch. Do short band work out. I plan to adjust when weather gets colder and when I lose weight I plan to do more physical activity like weight lifting. Good luck! Jeff
