New here but started my journey a few months ago. I was 220 or so lbs and Im 5'7". I first cut out sodas and did little exercises. Then cut out red meat and drank more water and tried to do any kind of mix of cardio and toning 5 to 6 times a week. Now I use salad n water as filler and smaller amounts of main course. I exercise (mix it up) 6 times a week. I am now 195 and still going. My goal is 145 to 150. Glad I can reach out to others with the same journey.
