Skinny but trying to lose a few

I am 116 and want to get down to 110 for my wedding. I get crap all the time from people but I’m 5’4” and 110 is perfect for me and me wedding dress. It’s hard losing weight when you’re smaller. Any advice

i’d recommend toning/recomp VS weight loss personally.

All I can suggest is to lower your calorie intake. It works
