Hello all . So I’ve lost 100+ lbs over the past year and just started using MFP to track macros . This stuff is hard.. not gonna lie , but need to do something different as my body is used to the plan I think 🤔 Anyhoo, I’m not a tracker. I’m not a planner . I don’t Food prep. Thought I’d join and see what everybody else is doing . Nice to meet you all and thanks in advance for MFP help ... tracking in general !
