I’m new to the app but I started using it to track everything I eat in order to gain weight. I input all my infos and it says I need to eat 3000 calories a day to gain weight. I’m not sure if I should eat more to factor in my workouts since the app doesn’t really show anything for strength training (5-6 days a week to hit each muscle groups twice) and I can’t find any info about this. My goal is to gain 1lbs a week until I can go from 140 to 155 lbs.

You can enter "strength training" from the cardio section of the exercise database, although strength training doesn't burn a lot of calories so it shouldn't make too much difference in the grand scheme of things. You'll know over a period of 4-6 weeks if you're gaining as expected from your trending weight and can adjust your calorie intake accordingly based on that.0
