FOCUSING ON LIFESTYLE CHANGE NOT FAD DIET

I’ve been back and forth and I’ve tried it all! Keto, low carb, low fat, low sugar. I’m now focusing on eating wholesome foods and not being so restrictive. Moving my body is also a baby goal of mine!!!!

    I find that activity has to be a part of any weight loss plan for me. Just cutting calories and eating well doesn't cut it. Good luck on your journey.

    It is a lifestyle change.

    I eat the foods I love and stay in a calorie deficit. My diet is plant based with seafood, eggs and some dairy. It's known as pescatarian. I eat this way because it's sustainable long term.

    You will find your way. Just take it one day at a time.

    With ya!! Well, I've never been into the fad diets. I've always just counted calories and walk/take the stairs when I can for exercise. Overall eat healthy food, but don't restrict or forbid myself from having treats. For me, it's all about healthy protion sizes. Which makes it alot easier to maintain weightloss as well!!!
