Hi I just got an execise bike (not suitable for standing/spinning) ant tips to get the best workout

    Use it! Start slow, warm up, then up your speed. Start with a short time and gradually increase it each week.

    Does the bike have any programmed rides? If so, start with the shorter ones. You can adjust the difficulty if you need to. For most of my rides I just start cycling at 0, then increase every mile, then decrease when it gets difficult, so 0 to 8 or 10 then back down again.
