Skipping/Replacing Breakfast

Is it ever healthy to skip or replace breakfast with a shake or smoothie? Some morning I am just not hungry and hate forcing myself to eat breakfast. Would skipping breakfast be that bad? Or would replacing with a shake or smoothie(healthy of course) be ok?
ETA: I dont mean every day just once or twice a week
