Good morning ! i am starting over with this weight loss journey, but taking a new route. I am not only logging my food, but also journaling, reading the Bible, and moving more. Even if it's just housework, getting things done. I feel alot of pressure when 'having' to exercise, not by people, but the fact i need to do it if that makes sense. But I need to get motivated to just simply walk, and move. I think i put myself in a 'lazy' mode the past few years, and that's not me. Time to change. Have an amazing day everyone.
