Low calorie diet?

Hey folks, I have virtually done every diet known to man. That said I was to lose ten pounds fairly quickly. We’ve been in the process of moving to another state and I’ve been stress eating. Remind me what are some excellent low calorie foods?

Your profile says you have 20 lbs to lose, so to lose the first 10 "fairly quickly" but not in an unhealthy way (like a crash diet) would be at a pace of 1 lb per week.

So set your account to 1 lb per week to get a calorie goal, log your exercise and eat back at least some of those calories, and eat foods you like while logging accurately and consistently.

Losing weight at an aggressive pace when you don't have much to lose usually ends up meaning losing a bunch of water weight (which will come right back once you regulate your eating), losing some muscle, and increasing the possibility you'll rebound and gain all of it back plus a bit extra.

If you only have to lose 10lbs, quick is not the way to do it - its only setting you up for failure and feeling miserable.
However veggies are pretty much as low calorie as you get and lean meats like turkey/fish.
The main thing is to get a handle on how much you are eating, so if you use this app to log your foods you might be more inclined to eat less when you see the calories in mounting up.

Sorry you are feeling stressed, hope the move goes well and life returns to normal quickly.

Veggies and lean meat go a long way for filling meals. Fast weight loss does mean feeling worse, however.
so if you use this app to log your foods you might be more inclined to eat less when you see the calories in mounting up.

Exactly, it all adds up! It's important to see how choices throughout the day contribute to your total.
