    I finished it August 9. Took about 10 days off and I'm starting Phase 1 today.

    Just finished with great results. This is a terrific challenge. I am however an unofficial finisher because while on vacation I forgot to take a picture and read 10 pages of a book. I did not restart.

    My daughter started it about 30 days ago.
    And she is sticking with it, no cheating.
    She has lost 23 pounds already, and can run 4 miles without much trouble.
    She likes it.
    But, I think I will start with Keto first.

    I'm starting this tomorrow. Some people are thinking that this is a really restrictive diet, but it isn't. You can choose what diet you want. The creator says this isn't a 'challenge' but a program. Basically it is a program to help you create good habits.
