Substitutions
Hi.
I'd like to exchange ideas about food substitution. I have a great idea for ice cream substitutes.
Take some Greek yogurt and add cocoa and stevia or agave or nothing at all. Sometimes I use almond extract or vanilla paste. Then after its flavored and mixed, add frozen fruits like cherries or blueberries. Stir and enjoy. You can add nuts on top if you want.
