What is the best and quickest way to lose belly fat and keep it off?

    For most people belly fat is the first on and the last off. I have to be incredibly lean everywhere else for my belly fat to even budge.

    Joking aside, I sympathise. For me, to lose/reduce the belly fat, it’s been a combination of really cutting back on carbohydrates, especially bread/dough, seriously burning calories through lots of cardio ( in my case, squash mainly, plus the bike), and lots of abdominal/core exercises in the gym, or even at home, plus an increase in the amount of water I drink. Resisting temptation as much as possible and trying to ensure I have a calorie deficit each day.
