So I suck at cooking. I’m honest with myself. So food and nutrition is really hard for me. Does anyone have any tips I can try to get it under control?

Try a delivery service like Hello Fresh or Home Chef. I hated cooking also (more of a baker) but this helped me get more confident in the cooking process.

Keep ur cooking simple and basic, the more complicated the recipes the harder it gets

I just keep it simple and eat things that have a low risk of becoming a disaster. Actually helps me get my micronutrients in because salads are hard to mess up. x3 I also eat a lot of sandwiches, and tacos are good too. I basically just do a lot of cutting up and assembling and not a ton of cooking to keep my meals interesting. I also eat frozen meals during lunch to cut down on prep work so I can spend that time on dinner.

Start with good ingredients you like and as others have said, keep it simple.

Crockpots are nearly infallible. Instantpot, too, once you get the hang of it.

    My personal formula is this:

(frozen pre-cooked chicken/meat/shrimp + frozen veg + pasta or rice (frozen or shelf)) + microwave + condiment or sauce = food

I'm a good cook, but absolutely hate doing it, so if I don't do meal delivery, this is my go-to formula to keep body and soul together.

You can either spend a lot of money and have someone deliver your food or you can have a friend or family member show you the basics.

I recommend learning how to bake things like chicken thighs, which you'd have to be a serial killer to dry out and also stir frying. Easy peasy.
