Adding to yesterday's food and execrcise

Hi!
I just signed up yesterday. I was wondering if there is a way to add to yesterday's food and exercise? I didn't add my dinner last night. :ohwell:

    Yes, just go to your diary... And at the top you will see two triangles, each side of the date. Just click backwards...

    you can navigate through arrows next to date on the top of your food diary.  

    Yes, on your diary page you will see little arrows beside the date that thake you back or forward in time. You find teh day you want, and add in your food or exercise there.
