Anyone else find a delay in calorie intake and performance?

So about 5-6 weeks ago i switched from a calorie deficit to being around maintenance maybe slightly more. I felt a lot healthy and more energetic within the first few days and found my recovery times improved quickly too. However over the last 2 weeks i've found im now increasing my weights almost weekly.

Anyone else experienced this delayed response? Found it very interesting and really enjoying the new strength!
