Beachbody success esp 21 day fix?

I will start out by saying I'm not looking for a magic fix. I know I need to move more and eat in a deficit.

I do seem to like the regimented program approach to activity and would love to hear of anyone's experiences/successes especially with 21 day fix.
* note: I expect to need multiple rounds to see any kind of meaningful results and instead of their container method I will just be tracking on MFP to about 1400 cal.

So that all being said, how didyou find the program? What results did you have? How many rounds did you do and did you do the double up workout on week3?
