Hi! Gonna try a high protein diet soon! Wondering what your favorite types of protein are? I cant have salmon/seafood in my household due to my partner having extreme food allergies to it. I have eggs and protein shakes as my main source. Looking to start having meals with at least 25g of protein each time! Preferably something quick, nothing too fancy or nothing that keeps me stuck in the kitchen. Thank you I appreciate you! 😊🧡

I love Tyson’s Grilled and ready chicken. I throw the chicken on steamed cauliflower rice, salads for a great quick meal. 200 calories for 6 oz!

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese with a bit of fruit & grilled lean meat of any sort (takes less than 15 minutes to fix) are my go-to foods.

    Boneless pork chops.
Grill them on My George Foreman grill. I do a lot of my meat on it. It’s super quick.

If you like cheesecake flavor then I suggest Cottage Cheese.

Blend it for a yoghurt consistency. You can add raw egg whites (already bought pasteurized) for extra protein. (You cannot taste the egg whites, btw)

This can be the ‘base’ for shakes or pudding-like high protein meals. Just add your flavoring.

(I like fresh berries and canned organic pumpkin purée with pumpkin spice).

If you can eat Wild Planet Sardines (while at work, etc) highly recommended! Sardines maintain your feminine beauty. Hair and nails grow fast and strong. Your skin becomes flawless and it just glows! I eat them drained with fresh lemon juice.

All no cook meal ideas! Just like how I like it, too.

Besides Shrimp, Tuna and Salmon... Dairy products (fairlife milk, siggi's or fage plain yogurt) and no-salt added turkey breast (deli sliced) are probably the most consumed.
