Healthy weekly weight loss goal

So I have been reading a lot of post on mfp and from time to time i come across people saying that even 2 pounds seems to be aggressive for some people unless you are obese. I want to have healthy expectations cause i really wanna do this thing right. I don't want to be two months in and quite. I have lost about thirteen pound within about 3 weeks but i know this isn't true fat loss cause its mostly water. so i disregarded the first 8 pounds and i think i may have lost around 5 actual pounds. I want you guys to tell me what you think i should aim for weekly.

Male 5' 11''
Starting weight 301
current weight 287.5
Goal weight 190
Goal date: whenever I get there : )

    I'd personally aim for a 1lb a week.
    That will give you a nice steady weight loss.

    At his current weight he is in a position where he can sustain a faster loss for a while, though not indefinitely and maybe not quite at his current rate.
