The Every Other Day Diet

Has anyone tried this? Basically you can eat whatever you want every other day. The days in between you fast.

    At one point a few years ago I did 5:2 intermittent fasting. So I ate around 500-600 calories twice per week and much higher calories on the other days.

    While I did adjust hunger-wise to eating so low, it just wasn't sustainable for me because I felt so lethargic and had to adjust my work schedule too much so I went back to a more even daily deficit.

    I've read that some other MFPers have been successful with this eating schedule. Maybe someone else will come on and respond.
